A Little Housekeeping Before We Begin...

Your Akashic Records reading is an opportunity to explore, discover, and perhaps see a few things through an entirely different lens.

To make sure we begin with mutual understanding and clear expectations, please review the following agreement before our session.

It's not the most mystical part of our journey together, but it's an important one!

1. Nature and Purpose of the Session

I understand and acknowledge that:

*An Akashic Records reading is a spiritual service intended to offer personal insight, reflection, and an opportunity to explore my experiences from a different perspective.

*Information shared during my session is spiritual in nature and may be interpreted differently by each individual.

*No specific outcome, result, or personal transformation is promised or guaranteed.

2. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

I understand and acknowledge that:

* An Akashic Records reading is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

* Akashic Record Readings will not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.

* Information received during a Reading will not replace advice from qualified medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals.

* I will not discontinue, reduce, or change prescribed medications or professional treatments based on information received during my session without consulting the appropriate licensed professional.

* I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

3. Emotional Experiences and Personal Responsibility

I understand and acknowledge that:

* Exploring personal experiences, relationships, beliefs, and past events may bring up unexpected thoughts or emotions.

* My participation is entirely voluntary.

* I may decline to discuss any topic that feels uncomfortable.

* I may request a pause or end the session at any time.

* I am encouraged to communicate any discomfort or concerns during the session.

* I retain full responsibility for my own choices, decisions, actions, and interpretations of the information received.

* I voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participating in this service, including the possibility of experiencing temporary emotional discomfort when discussing sensitive personal matters.

4. Confidentiality

I understand and acknowledge that:

* My personal information and the details shared during my reading will be treated with respect and discretion.

* Information will not be shared with third parties without my consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

* Confidentiality may be subject to legal limitations.

* This spiritual service does not establish a legally privileged therapist-client or healthcare-provider relationship.

5. Release and Limitation of Liability

I understand and agree that:

* To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Heidi Goodrich from claims arising from the ordinary risks of my voluntary participation in the Akashic Records Reading, including claims based on ordinary negligence, except to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be waived.

* This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

* I remain responsible for my own decisions and actions following the session.

6. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

I understand and acknowledge that:

* Heidi Goodrich reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue a reading when the requested service falls outside their scope of practice or when they reasonably determine that continuing the session would be inappropriate.

* Any applicable refund or cancellation will be handled according to the booking and cancellation policy provided to me.

7. Client Acknowledgment and Consent

By signing below, I confirm that:

* I am at least 18 years of age.

* I have read and understand this agreement.

* I have had the opportunity to ask questions before participating.

* I understand the spiritual nature and limitations of an Akashic Records Reading.

* I understand that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

* I voluntarily consent to participate in the session.

* I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, including the release and limitation of liability in Section 5.
